The latest JewelMaster BackOffice update includes a re-design of the User Setup interface
Following fantastic user feedback, we have simplified the overall user setup, so BackOffice users can now be created with predefined setups that automatically provide all the access required in one option selection; Standard, Supervisor, Work Bench, Limited Processing and Full Processing. Of course we still retain the ability to centrally create JewelMaster EPOS logins across multiple stores in one go, with centralised passwords and attendance schedules.
For example, choosing “Work Bench User” automatically provides that login with a limited screen. Faced with a scan-able field, the user scans a barcode off the tailored “work due” report (covering Repairs and Commissions), to then input the time taken and appropriate notes on that job. There is a default underlying internal hourly cost structure to build costs by job type
“We always take note of what our customers are looking for. We have tried to simplify the user setup interface to match the main jobs our customers want their staff to perform, whether it be inputting new stock or processing work bench tasks” added Director Daniel Clark. “It’s an ongoing dialogue that we appreciate and take seriously. After all, it’s not our developers processing tasks, it is our clients”
