Updates for the Winter quarter
New items in JSM BackOffice including
the latest version is v5.2.80
- a brand new process to copy\create WholeSale Catalogue price lists from existing price lists
- additional functions added to enable Customers to produce as many different WholeSale barcode tickets as end customers. This means being able to provide your customers with barcoded stock
- more salesman\region reports, so Customers can report on regional sales and produce commission statements for salesmen
- increased options for the Supplier Purchase Re-Order process enabling Customers to choose which months or part months to include in “history of sales”
- and many other items
A new JSM EPOS to include
the latest version is v5.2.80, quite rare to be the same as JSM BackOffice
- increased options to text and email your customers and suppliers from the face of the in-built Calendar. This covers work on repairs and specials\commissions
- new additions to the Marketing module to create marketing lists based on anniversary dates and key words or combinations thereof. Imagine creating a marketing for those end customers who expressed a liking for “sports” motifs or bought any watch with a leather strap or for all end customers with an October anniversary
- if you make use of the bulk email functions, you will be glad to know that once correctly set, any end customer clicking on the Unsubscribe message in their marketing email will automatically be set to DoNotMail in the database
- extra date, address and key word additions to the Customer record to support marketing and other processes
- the ability to sell stock items by weight (ie gm or ct) straight from the record itself
