JSM Customer CRM includes the ability to send SMS messages to any
contact at any time. It also takes messages created in JSM EPOS. For
example, you can auto create pre-defined messages to send to your
customer as soon as you mark a Repair as being ‘Ready for Collection’,
or alternatively, you can just click on the SMS icon and fill in the details
and just send it. You can even bulk send SMS messages
Please note that only customers with JSM CustomerCRM can send text
messages. Your Partner can set this up for you and as our customers
know, JewelMaster stores every message for future reference, another
item unique to JewelMaster
